Refund and Returns Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 10 working days satisfaction guarantee. You may initiate a return within 10 working days from the date of receiving the product. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as you received it.

Please follow our Return Policy for detailed instructions on initiating a return, including obtaining a Return Authorization (RA) number. Returns without an RA number will not be accepted.

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for the return shipping fees unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
